Be the very first to sample this Bottled Sparkling Beer A genuinely new beer. Sparkling, complex, with all the character of a fine sparkling wine. Brewed with wine yeast normally associated with Chardonnay wines to develop fresh vineyard fruit notes and complex flavours, with a blend of light malts fermented longer to create a biscuity finish with persistent bubbles. Traditional Bavarian Helles. Malt forward, light and easy drinking, this straw-coloured beer is brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts and gently hopped with Hallertau Tradition hops. Matured for 30 days, unfiltered and unpasteurised, this is a very sessionable lager with plenty of flavour for its strength. . A brewery in the British countryside producing high-quality lagers according to exacting German principles. Importing the malt from Bamberg and the hops directly from a farm in Tettnang. All beers are brewed with local British water that has undergone reverse osmosis to make it perfect for lager brewing. No filtering or fining agents are used, which also ensures the beers are vegan. Brewing techniques include colder, slower fermentation than is standard, and the beers are cold-stored (lagered) for a minimum of 30 days before release. The result is beers that are naturally carbonated, smooth, and bright.

K38 Crush 4.2% HAZY This beer is on the bar inside Le Gothique. Crush is Drop Projects take on the New England session style of beer. Big on flavour but only 4.2%. Brewed with a combination of Barley, Wheat and three types of Oats it pours a hazy pale straw colour. The hops. Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Azacca collectively deliver an explosion of orange peel, mango, melon and pine. K39 ????.

Special barley wine produced in June as part of the Sussex Day celebrations. A warming pale barley wine, with ripe stonefruit flavours, luscious malt character, and a balanced hop bitterness, Sussex Stronghold showcases the very best of Sussex-grown ingredients. The barley is grown at in West Sussex, while the hops are sourced from growers all over Sussex. They combine to create a beer that is unmistakably local in character. Could easily be the Beer of the Festival MUST TRY.

A dry hopped, robust Pale Ale that launched the concept of seasonal brews ‘for one month only’ and celebrated independent brewers. Named after the author of ‘Rights of Man’, who was an Excise Officer in Lewes between 1768-1774. Originally released for Independence Day, twenty-five years ago. MUST TRY . The oldest independent brewery in Sussex. A family business, the brewery has been in the guardianship of seven generations of John Harvey's descendants since 1790, with five family members from the seventh and eighth generations currently working here. Still a privately-owned limited company, Harvey's remarkably has no shares marketed for external investment.

Extra pale ale. The lightest ale in our selection of cask beers at this festival. Lush is an easy-drinking pale ale with a light malt sweetness balanced with gentle bitterness and a bright citrus aroma from classic American hops .

A blonde ale. The warm golden hue of this pale ale captures Hops aare dded late in the boil creating fruity aromas and contributing to a fuller flavour. .

A bright hazy pale ale. White grape and gooseberry flavours from Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7 & Riwaka. A juicy session beer with a bright and refreshing finish. .

Polly’s are all about the latest and newest hop technology. Prysma was first used in 2025. Utilising the Citra variety of this liquid hop, this pale ale absolutely sings with fresh orange, pink grapefruit and lime notes, before a pellet addition of Australian in-house favourite Enigma brings white grape, raspberry and cantaloupe flavours, balanced with addition of hot-side Citra BBC to impart a subtle bitterness for balance .

Possibly one of the country’s most well-known and loved ales. This unique, beautiful brew is often imitated but never matched and is sold literally all over the world. With countless awards to its credit. The name pays tribute to the unique ecclesiastical status of Masham as a ‘Court of the Peculier’ and is also a reference to the strong characteristic of the beer! Old Peculier is a beautiful, yet very simple beer, brewed using a very generous blend of finest pale, crystal, and roasted barley with two bitter hops combined with the majestic and noble Fuggle’ hop to produce a beer of awesome full-bodied flavour with subtle cherry and banana fruit overtones. .

Golden Ale A long-time favourite from Thornbridge and one of their earliest recipes, Brother Rabbit is a Golden Ale often in cask but usually bottle only. The beer features a Norfolk malt which gives a great base to the beer and a lightly resinous character, the hops give a more punchy, lemon flavour with grassy hints.
