Polly’s are all about the latest and newest hop technology. Prysma was first used in 2025. Utilising the Citra variety of this liquid hop, this pale ale absolutely sings with fresh orange, pink grapefruit and lime notes, before a pellet addition of Australian in-house favourite Enigma brings white grape, raspberry and cantaloupe flavours, balanced with addition of hot-side Citra BBC to impart a subtle bitterness for balance .
