A complex recipe involving maize and barley malts, infused with two English and three Continental hops, resulting in a distinctly hoppy yet flowery palate. The addition of coriander and lemongrass adds a zing.

A traditional old school stout with plenty of flavour. The chocolate malt really shines through in this one but there is enough bitterness.

Imperial Porter is delicious, smooth and luxurious. Sweet, warming stone fruit undertones and hints of liquorice lead to a dry, lasting finish.

The German kid in The Simpsons is Üter Zörker, an overweight foreign exchange student from Germany known for his heavy accent, wearing traditional Bavarian lederhosen, and his obsession with chocolate. He is famous among fans for his catchphrase: "Don't make me run; I'm full of chocolate!" 50/50 Wheat and american 2 row malt and Elani Hops.
