Derailed Porter

Version of Railway Porter aged on Brettanomyces wild yeast for a minimum of nine months. Full flavoured black porter with damsons, currants, noticeable black treacle, a little smoke, molasses and chocolate on a sweet palate with tart notes from the Brettanomyces yeast. Fruit fades leaving a dry bitter slightly tart and spicy aftertaste. Aroma is tart with dark fruit and roast.
