Straw coloured, citrus notes, American, Liberty and Cascade hops.

Brewed with a subtle hint of honey, Perle, Progress and Challenger hops.

Hops include Nelson Sauvin, Cascade and a small hint of Herkules to give the Viking some character. Subtle hints of gooseberry and lychees are to be expected.

Go to beer for a sessionable yet sensible day in the garden. Tasting notes include, lychee,grapefruit and spicy notes leading to a crisp bitter finish.

Our Ashbourne I.P.A has a fresh blend of both American hops and New Zealand hops. Crisp and refreshing pint includes fruity notes: Mango- peach – Grapefruit

Amber coloured session bitter which is well balanced with English hops for easy drinking. Perfect for autumn months.

With a truly distinctive golden colour Ampthill Gold is brewed using yeast, the finest hops, and a specially selected amber malt that gives it a rich golden tone. Subtle flavours of biscuit from the malted barley perfectly compliment the crisp bitterness and delicate hop aroma.

‘Ammetelle’ refers to the name for Ampthill in the Domesday book. To celebrate the rich local history, we've produced a warming, silky oatmeal stout with mild hop bitterness that is every bit as comforting as you'd hope.
