A spring ale using five different hop varieties. Hops from the Pacific NorthWest of America give this beer a citrusy, fruity, floral aroma and flavour. The Pilsner malt used in the brew results in a soft, round and refreshing finish.Yellowtail is the nickname used by the French for the indigenous people of Kent during the middle ages.
