Berkshire Keeve

This medium sweet French style full juice wild fermented cider has been made using Mère de Ménage, a traditional French apple variety harvested from West Berkshire. It was blended with two cider and allowed to ferment slowly preserving some of the apple's original sugars. The resulting cider is naturally sweet, clear and well balanced.
