A well balanced light, golden, hoppy bitter. Grapefruit nose and citrus flavours give way to a mellow, slightly sweet after-taste. Complex malt character ensures it drinks well beyond its abv. Easy to drink and annoyingly moreish.

Sweet Hoppy and Citrus Aroma. Gentle bitter start expands to a fresh fruit tang before the hops demand attention to the long bitter finish.

We stuff 20 kilograms of the legendary ‘Brewers Gold’ hops into every small scale batch we brew, to create this beautifully pale and intensely hoppy beer. These wonderful hops impart enticing tropical fruit aromas and a lovely thirst quenching bitterness.

Modern bitter, brewed with oats for a full body, along with all British hops of Olicana, UK Cascade & Bramling Cross, then dry hopped with Olicana T45`s.

Cosmic beer has an amber glow with an initial malt aroma. The complex balance of malt and English hops give lingering tastes of nuts, fruit and a dry hoppy bitterness.

Complex winter gruit ale with juniper at the fore and with background herbal notes. Inspired by ancient recipes and featuring Norwegian farmhouse yeast, wild yeast, juniper, heather, yarrow and myrtle.

Pan Galactic Pale Ale is a bright, smooth and fruity pale named partly for the gargleblaster of Douglas Adams fame, but also in honour of the Galaxy hops that make up a large part of its hop bill. (GF)
