A slightly toasty malt-flavoured amber ale with a subtle hint of fruit.
Perfectly balanced session blonde ale. Dry hopped with US Cascade for a spicy citrus and floral hop aroma. The body is fruity with sweet orange notes and a gentle grapefruit bitterness.
Anything but simple in the malt base but the end result is stunningly beautiful. Six different grains including crystal, red rye and oats produce a smooth and full body with biscuit notes. The bitterness is straight, slightly earthy with citrus, spice and a touch of bergamot.
Pale malts provide a base for a complex blend of UK, Czech and US hops. Zingy lemon, subtle grapefruit bitterness, tropical fruit notes with a hint of floral hop. A crisp and spicy black pepper finish.
