Using authentic pilsner malt and hopped with saaz / hallertau blanc giving notes of gooseberry with wild flowers and a hint of honey. Well-balanced, refreshing hazy golden/amber coloured beer with mango, papaya and ripe peach with a soupçon of sweet orange underneath. Subtle bready malt notes leading to a little bitterness on the finish..

Centennial & Clementine is the latest in our Fruit Lupe range of hop/fruit pairing pale ales. Centennial quickly adopted the nickname “Super Cascade” due to their similar but more intense citrus and floral qualities. Matched up with clementine for it’s sweet citrus.
